Our Story

Contact Front Security Ltd was founded by senior operational and military professionals with more than two decades of frontline experience. The company’s ethos is rooted in the military principle to “improvise, adapt and overcome” – approaching every challenge with professionalism, resilience and a commitment to delivering reliable security solutions.

Based in Aldershot, Hampshire, we provide professional security services and accredited training across the South of England. Our approach combines real-world operational experience with rigorous compliance, ensuring clients receive dependable security staff while learners gain the confidence and capability needed to succeed in modern security environments.

Through our strong connections with the armed forces community, we also regularly deliver training programmes in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Staffordshire.

Contact Front Security is a Bronze Award holder under the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme.

We actively support the armed forces community, including veterans, reservists and military families. Our security roles and training programmes provide opportunities for those transitioning from military service, and we offer discounted training for members of the armed forces community.

Several members of our leadership team have military backgrounds, and that experience continues to shape our commitment to professionalism, integrity and service.

Warwick Bromyard

Founder & Owner

Warwick is the Founder and Owner of Contact Front Security Ltd, established in 2019 whilst he was serving as a Sergeant Major in the British Army. He has a current and progressive 28-year career within the Armed Forces, bringing extensive leadership, training, and operational experience developed through decades of military service.

Alongside his military career, Warwick has worked within the security industry for over 25 years, gaining experience across a wide range of roles, including the close protection sector supporting high-net-worth clients and major events.

Warwick founded Contact Front Security to deliver professional, values-driven security services and training built on the discipline, standards, and professionalism developed throughout his military career. Under his leadership, the company and its team are committed to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, safety, customer satisfaction, and personal standards, ensuring clients receive reliable and trusted security support.

Mark Nightingale

Chief of Staff

Mark oversees the operational and organisational management of Contact Front Security, supporting the day-to-day running and development of the business.

With more than two decades of experience in logistics, supply chain leadership and business operations, he works closely with the leadership team to deliver professional security services and accredited training programmes while ensuring the organisation operates efficiently and continues to develop.

Laurence Dickson

Head of Training & Operations

Laurence is an experienced security professional with more than 20 years of industry experience across a wide range of operational environments, including nightclubs, bars, VIP events, festivals, leisure venues, close protection and asset protection.

At Contact Front Security, Laurence leads the company’s training programmes and operational planning. He works closely with the leadership team to coordinate security deployments, support operational delivery and ensure training programmes are structured, compliant and professionally delivered.

Alongside his operational responsibilities, Laurence has spent several years delivering accredited security and first aid training, preparing learners for SIA licensing and supporting the development of the next generation of security professionals. His approach to training is grounded in practical, real-world experience gained throughout his career in frontline security operations.

Jerrel Murray MBE

Sales & Frontline Operations Manager

Jerrel supports the development of Contact Front Security through his role leading sales and frontline operations. A serving British Army Sergeant Major, he brings significant leadership and operational experience gained from managing the training, welfare and discipline of a military sub-unit of approximately 120 soldiers.

Alongside his military career, Jerrel contributes his leadership experience and industry knowledge to support the delivery of professional security services and the continued development of the business.

Jorja Bromyard

Administration & Social Media

Jorja supports the administrative and marketing functions of Contact Front Security. After completing her SIA training in September 2025, she began developing her experience within the security industry while assisting the team with the organisation and day-to-day running of the business.

She also manages aspects of the company’s social media presence, helping to promote Contact Front Security and present its services in a professional and engaging way.
