Course Requirements

Learners must be aged 18 or over to attend the SIA Door Supervisor course.

Learners must be able to provide valid identification for course registration and certification.

Participants must have a good understanding of the English language, including speaking, listening, reading and writing, as the course involves written assessments and practical communication exercises.

Before attending the classroom sessions, learners will be required to complete some pre-course learning at home. This preparation helps ensure learners arrive ready for the practical elements of the programme.

This course includes Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) training as part of the programme, which is a requirement for applying for an SIA Door Supervisor licence.

Certification & Accreditation

This course leads to the Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (RQF).
